Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at https://www.bardok.in/. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact bardok.in26@gmail.com / 8860337512  with your order details and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. * You are eligible to return the product(s) within 5 to 7 days for initiate refund of delivery. We give 100% refund of the product value if you do not like our product.
Please note:
If any promotional / coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit only. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account/ original payment source. Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and PREPAID orders.

Exchanges

* You are eligible to exchange the product within 5 days of delivery. We are the most affordable sustainable D2C brand in India. We are trying our best to maintain the prices even after cotton prices are hiking every single day. We can do that as our creators (we call our customers the creators as they are the real creators of this brand) love the products. We do provide 100% free exchange/replacement with no questions asked. However, We recommend choosing the best size as per our size chart or contacting us so that the customer care executive can help in selecting the same to save time goes to exchange process.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at an additional shipping cost. If we are unable to reach you or if you choose not to proceed with reshipment, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping charges incurred.

Why can’t I see the COD option?

For a few pin codes, we are unable to provide the cash-on-delivery payment option currently. Moreover, COD can’t be availed in below mentioned cases as well: 1) If you have applied coupons on the cart that are only applicable on Prepaid orders You may, however, opt for any other mode of payment such as Debit Card, Credit Card, or using an Online Wallet.. 2) If a user has canceled/returned/rto multiple orders repetitively we have put in guard rules to stop them from using COD as an option. 3) Also, a customer is not allowed to have more than 2 COD orders in the process i.e. if you have placed 2 orders in COD and its yet to be delivered you can still place an order but now it should be prepaid or Other payment options can be used in such a case to place an order.
